That actually makes sense if you really think about it. If the car weighed 2950 pre-iron block, 3100-ish makes sense post-iron block. Idk about the specifics, but Iād imagine thatās why the car is testing with more power now than it initially had when A70 got to ride in it
edit: not sure how...
True. So considering the US model will hopefully have the 380hp, and will also be lighter than the Z4, 4.0s should be a reality. Do you happen to know what the Z4 weighs?
Iām not certain where this information came from (maybe one of the un-official articles online?), but is there any truth to the 0-60 supposedly being 3.8 - 4.0 seconds? Kind of a blatant question, so itās all good if you canāt answer.
Does pearl white or the flatter colors typically show off the lines on a car more? All of my cars now are some sort of pearl white, and imo itās the best for that. JW what other colors have that same effect
Gotcha. I figured thereās not much to it. Just found it funny that in the Z4 render they have their map on the Infotainment system, the virtual cockpit, AND the HUD. There are zero excuses for getting lost with all that help hahah :rolleyes1:
Thanks for answering.
The Supra looks a bit darker than that, but Iād totally be down with that color.
EDIT: Never mind. I wasnāt looking at the right place (far left). It totally looks like that
A70, are you privy to anything regarding the HUD? Not sure if it was being utilized during your test run in the mule, or if youāre even able to speak to it. The render below shows what it could potentially display in the Z4. Iām assuming the Supraās will be similar?
Maybe i'm just so used to seeing the rear glass totally covered up, but idk... something looks off to me for some reason. Car is still beautiful though.
Hmm, all the camo on the headlight has been removed. I wonder where this is at?
Toyota is literally strip teasing us right now. Peeling away one layer little by little :spaz:
I agree with this. I think Toyota was so hellbent on getting an inline-six for the Supra that this wasn't even an option. I get that they wanted to stay true to the Supra heritage, but partnering with BMW and having them supply the I6 destroyed any type of legacy this car could've had or...
