I can at least confirm that the MST inlet works with several intakes, including the CTS. The stock breather fit and the coupler they give is large enough to reposition to just about anything.

Yes, I took the longer loan term offered because the rate didn't change from 36 months to 72. I can make larger payments directly to my principle that way. It made sense in my head when I did it lol.

This is exactly what I did. New asking price was 5-10k over MSRP and the only ones I could find weren't colors I liked. I paid msrp for a very low well optioned car that was in stock. No regrets.
