you might want to use 0w30 or 0w40 since it’s a turbo car and the first number is cold oil temp weight and you want the turbo to have oil immediately upon cold start. I wouldn’t run 5w on any turbo car. There is a reason why Toyota recommends full syntec 0w30.
Just drive and enjoy your car man. Instead worrying about clear coat, battery, and engine temperature. Your going to worry yourself to death. This is a brand new car. Not some project beater. lol
Just FYI, anti-lag puts a lot of stress on your turbo manifold and turbo. Your severely retarding ignition and making the a/f super rich. It’s used for launch control at a drag strip for launch. It raises your EGT incredibly high. You would need some kinda of engine software to do it.
Supra is a turbocharged car. FJ isn’t. Turbo cars will always run hot under the hood. If you look closely, there is silver heat resistant tape on some of the wiring around the motor.
the listed charged that I linked has a display that tells you the bar level of it charged and reduces the amps when it gets close to fully being charged.
I can say the A90 does get discharged for sitting inside a garage and not driven for a few weeks.
