    Side note, if JB4 can change EWG control to lower WGDC to match boost targets, does that mean that in the long run there’s less strain on your turbo since less exhaust gasses flow is needed to hit target boost? Sorry new to all of this

    You're welcome. FYI Jb4 has around 8 maps but realistically you will only use 3 or 2. Map 2 gives you +4psi over boost, and map 3 gives you +6psi over boost.     Ecutek doesn't have OTS maps. BM3 or MHD offer OTS maps and would be exactly what you are looking for.

    To get smogged, do you need to completely remove the JB4 from the car, or can you just unplug it from the OBD port and leave the rest plugged in?
