Hey all. First post here. Bought a 2026 3.0 premium MT a few months ago and did my first oilchange this weekend at 1300 miles. I noticed the oil filter that came out was a different part number than the BMW one I ordered only by the last digit. Had to pull my new one back out to verify the...
I just changed my oil and I'm getting a CEL related to crankcase ventilation. I did a search for those terms and didn't see anything.
Any ideas what this could be? I don't see any leaks, and I followed the procedure from a Vince Christmastree video. I used the recommended 0w20 oil, I changed...
...mark very soon and I thought to ask if people are supposed to change their oil then. Called my dealership and they said Toyota care covers oilchanges at 10,000 miles which I think is a joke. They also mentioned that they have no break in service for the supras and they say its fine for...
I'm currently using the Liqui Moly Special Tec LL SAE 5W-30 oil. I saw on Amazon that they have The Top Tec 4200 SAE 5W-30.
I'm about to do an oilchange, and was wondering what would be best out of the two oils. Also open to other oil suggestions.
...like to ensure all of our fellow A90/A91 owners are prepared for the warm weather. We are currently offering a few specials at our La Habra shop including one for an oilchange and 2 different options for flushing/replacing the coolant. Feel free to reach out via DM or email at...

I haven't been able to find a single Toyota dealership anywhere near me who sell the oilchange kis (oil, filter, crush washer). And I don't see where/how to order directly from Toyota. What's the secret handshake?
I’ve always changed my oil in the Spring, right when I take my supra out of winter storage. However, I want start changing the oil right before storage.
As I’m about to start driving my car soon for the first time since storing it, given that I changed the oil last spring, do you think I can...
Im 6000 miles into my new engine and would like to change the oil before the free 10k oilchange at the dealership. I realize this is not ideal and I'd like to inspect the filter for any break in particles, but the hardware stores nearby do not have the 3/8in drive 32mm socket (to torque the oil...
Hello! A little backstory here… I like in Arizona and I have owned my Supra for 6 months and I just did my first oilchange. I swapped out the stock 0w-20 for liquimoli 5w-30. I’m running a catless dp, exhaust, intake and flex fuel with a mhd ots stage 2 tune. My HP prior to doing the oilchange...
Hey all, was clearing out the garage and realized I had an oilchange kit for the Supra I never used before selling the car. It's the kit from FCP Euro, it contains 7 Liters of Liqui-Moly 5w-30 Special Tec synthetic oil and an OEM BMW Oil filter.
Highly recommend this oilchange kit for stock...
Last year I hardly put 2000kms, (1200miles), on my car. I'm still going to follow the maintenance schedule but I'm just curious for those of you that hardly put miles on your garage queens. Do you skip the schedule and go with milage?
Hi everyone,
Earlier today I completed an oilchange for my 2020 Supra which has a BM3 stage 1 tune. This is my first oilchange since the tune approximately 8000km (5000 miles). All my previous oilchanges have been done at the dealer and no issues reported. The dealer has been using 0w-20...
...my production date stamped on the door is May 2023. Going to assume my oil is a year old then.
What do you guys think?
1) Get ithe oilchanged now as it's a year old
2) Change it when you hit 1200 miles or Sept 2024, whichever comes first
Thanks for the opinions. Leaning towards option 1...
Any side Left, Right or Middle more advantageous to getting all the old oil out? Hard to tell from the parts diagram if the drain plug is on one side or the other.
Also new to the Supra. Any special service mode/disconnect battery before jacking? Didn't see any in the manual, just wanted to be...
I just got my 21 back from the dealership for an oilchange and the $217 bill about blew me over! He claimed it was due to the "special oil" my car required. I'm just curious where ya'll go for your oilchanges and what prices you pay? I just want to make sure I am not being fleeced.
Just starting a thread so I can rant about my local dealership. I went to the dealer because they said I still have free oilchanges. My plan was to use those until they're done, and then I'll switch to FCP Euro and do my own. I drive up to the dealership first thing in the morning, and they...
