Logs only tell one side of the story. Sometimes you have to put performance metrics to things to see if you are hurting or helping with more boost.

Dyno numbers are dyno numbers do you have an overlay to see gains besides peak numbers?
119 mph is pretty low and comparable to stock times (116-119 are pretty common for stock).
Did you see if your jb4 went into safety for some reason that would explain almost everything.
