If it were me, I'd be pretty upset, but since it's just the inside I would let it pass. If it was outside, I definitely wouldn't let it pass.
Nonetheless, I would still tell them what happened so it doesn't happen again with someone else's wheels.
Again, this is just me. Idk how y'all would feel
Highly agree, they may be expensive but they're sure worth it. I did Llumar IRX all around the Supra and it's VERY nice. I live in Florida and it's always hot af. Even when temperature reaches 100⁰F, the car interior stays very nice. It'll also keep your interior from fading. A great investment, IMO
I've used a pretty good alternative to ceramic coat. I've used Adam's Advanced Graphene Ceramic Spray Coat. It's essentially a slightly diluted version of the ceramic coating. I've had it on my previous cars and it's lasted almost 2 years. Yes the cars were outside the whole time, but I did wash...
Yessir! I used tools from my work's machine shop to try to poke it out. After that, I just moved the car back and forth at the parking lot for a while until I heard it drop. It was a decently sized rock.
Removed the wheel on Sunday, and no damage to the rotor! You could see the dent on the...
Just a very common occurrence here. Scammers quickly "sell" stuff the same day they joined
Typically legit sellers here post a picture of the item they're selling with a paper that says their username and date. Also, paypal is preferred to avoid scams
I don't understand how they fucked up. I did the install 4 days ago and removing the controls is one of the easiest parts. You unscrew it from the back and then it simply pops out. Yeah, you do have to pop it back in, but you don't need to force it or anything.
Maybe they dropped it? Hope they...
Drove it around for a bit, then ran a long pick around the shield and that did the job! Thanks guys!
Good to know that this is more normal than I thought
I'm probably gonna try that afterwards today. Gladly it's at my work's parking lot. We have a machine shop with a bunch of tools. I'm gonna let the brake cool down and then I'll grab some of the shop's tools and see if I can get anything out. I'll keep y'all updated
I was arriving to work as I took a turn so I can back up park, when I heard a thunk. After that thunk the front passenger wheel starts screeching when I move. I'll attach a video in a bit. Meanwhile, anyone knows what it could be?
Yessir! It's pretty easy to install. Took me a bit longer, but it's because I ceramic coated the carbon. Installation wise, it was like 2 hours. The hardest part was removing the airbag, but after that, everything's cake!
