From what ive found on a parts catalog, the B48 and B58 share the same timing chain, and assembly. Lot’s of research should be done and we’d know. I also believe that the B48 has an LSD - from what i remember when toyota was marketing the 2.0. Also happy the values havent gone down too far

This has also happened to me a few times, on the 2.0, the dust shroud is super close to the rotor and by bending the shield away from the rotor with a screwdriver/long pick to avoid picking up rocks in the future. Hasnt happened again in a year.

Don’t we have an auto locking mechanical rear dif on the 2.0? Whats the benefit to an LSD v the autolocking?
