Typically like @zrk stated, you take them apart. There ARE shops that will do this for you if you call around. My buddy took his Evo to a shop, dropped it off and they did it all for him. Obviously that will cost extra, but it is an option, if you dont feel comfortable taking apart the caliper...

I wanted to try these so bad. I WISH they came in anodized aluminum instead of red though. :( The red accent on the plus and minus instead, would be better. I wanted something to match the oem silver but not as long and slender as the other after market options are.
