See this is what we need actual data results instead he said this or that. Appreciate it man so how did the car feel overall no loss of power during your drive?
the supra is speed density but just like most MAF (atleast in my civic)they both have an internal BOV that recirculates the pressure. So if this is venting the excess pressure to the atmosphere instead of recirculating it, you would end up losing any pressure that you would otherwise have. Im...
have you been data logging and notice your fuel trims being thrown off on throttle? Sounds like you’re dealing with the exact issues of aftermarket BOV messing up the air to fuel ratio which is why im skeptical of this product in the first place..
Yeah they can try to make them look nice and steal designers from every company they want but lets see how long a new hyundia/kia last without a shit load of problems or an explosion. Theres a reason all their cars comes with 10yrs hundred thousand mile warranty…
Anyone here a decent youtuber and plans to do and in depth install vid? Like actually focus on a detailed install instead of just putting the camera on your face for most of the vid talking nonsense??….
Appreciate you for asking for us man! Wish they used a more scientific response lmaoo but im a little more convinced to get it now. Maybe some will start doing datalog runs to confirm the effects it has on performance
Interesting judging from your other cars id assume you weren’t too crazy about it only being fwd also? Its a beautiful aggressive looking street car for sure and handling is fantastic but i agree infotainment isnt the greatest. the problem with the civic platform you gotta spend soo much to...
Gotta ask man you use to own a type R but didn’t say much about it. Did you not like it or mod it at all? They are fun cars if i had the the choice I would’ve wanted to keep both an R and supra, hot hatch and coupe perfect combo lol
That is exactly the reason why aftermarket BOV throw off fuel trims which affects mpg and performance negatively. seeing how this is integrated to a charge pipe and uses a vacuum line im hoping this would be different
