Here is my AA downpipe, same one listed next to my OEM downpipe. Look at how shiny it is. And then go look at the one posted it’s been heated.

To me I see on the wheel spacers where each bolt was at against the hub. Take a look at mine that are for sale. Mine look new too but I did wipe mine clean for the next person.
