I too had briefly, emphasis on the briefly. Thought about the TTRS.
But I try not to go back to cars I've already had. Although not a TTRS, I had it tuned very well, ko4 turbo and stasis software and suspension.
The fact that the Supra was BMW based, and had the shape of a viper gts, clinched...
Nice write-up.
Given the fact that nobody knew how to handle these vehicles in transit or even while at the dealership, being that they are BMW based in reality.
I would say a good 90% of the batteries in all of the vehicles sold either depleted or with week due to the fact that Toyota didn't...
If it appears that they sold you a vehicle under the false advertising practices, of saying that it was a premium U.S. model vehicle, and it is in fact not so. You have a very viable legal case.
I would contact the home office of that dealership and tell them I want a roll back or unwind of...
Well then,, I believe congratulation is in order.
And for
Those that have purchased the Supra, We are now all part of the heritage.
~ No matter what...
Fantastic!! And of course you made the deal, right?
Also,
Is that a 2017 or 18 V60 Polestar I see as your avatar?
You and I must have a lot in common.
My biggest Vice,or weakness,, is cars. Always has been, every since match-box, and Hot Wheels and slot cars..
I was in the hunt for a V60...
Yes, it is very tiresome to have to go to buy a vehicle nowadays.
But you did right, and like others have said. If they cannot respect you as a legitimate buyer that's coming to them to help them by purchasing a vehicle, then walk on to the next deal.
In my experience, the dealers are worrying...
Ahhh yes, the old "the other buyer's financing fell through trick".
(You have to picture or hear Maxwell Smart saying that when you read it, LOL.)
I had that thrown at me three times in the last 3 months, while I was out vehicle shopping.
I always reply,, "Well awesome, I guess that car just...
Yes my friend, you definitely have a dilemma. I do very much miss my 06 997.
But if you haven't driven the Supra yet, I suggest that you do so.
You may find that although it is not a p-car, it is fulfilling.
Also, I don't know if you've ever driven the 944 S2 or 968,, But this car (the...
On May 25th 2020, when I proceeded on my quest to find the perfect Supra for myself. There were 940 brand new Supras available throughout the country.
15 of them were pre-owned with super low mileage.
Perhaps they just want you back in front of them so that they can steal your car away from...
That was exactly my problem as well.
Every time I went to close the deal on one the vehicles I mentioned above,
I just didn't feel it.
I didn't feel motivated to make those purchases as I normally would.
Until the 26th May, that was the first full day off I had in the preceding three months...
LOVE the GT~R,, But I Love the Style and Feel I get when driving the Supra.
Plus the Gas mileage is Good.
If I could only Keep it out of boost and in 8th gear More...
Yes, The Games that Dealers play so that they extract or attempt to extract every ounce of money from the consumer that they can. Why does there have to be so much drama in buying a car lately.
I will go first.
My eyes or maybe heart, I thought, was set on a CPO Porsche Cayenne GTS, or S model.
And I was quite fond of the New X3M or X3 M40i.
I wanted something fast and fun, but was looking for the best deal I could find. I had for some reason or other, completely forgot about...
That sounds like Riverside Toyota. They told me the same thing that night when I told him I was going to buy from Moss instead of them,.
They also said they would match the deal I got from Irvine. And so did San Bernardino, once I showed them the email from AutoNation Irvine.
I assure you...
All I can offer is, "you will get better results" if you are there in person.
At first, they gave me a good quote,
but it wasn't where I wanted to be. Then I showed them the email from AutoNation Irvine.
I pretended that I was getting the email as I was talking to them. And told them "wow"...
Being that this is a BMW based vehicle. I have confirmed that you can roll the windows down using the key fob by holding the unlock button on the key fob. You can roll the windows back up by holding the comfort access button on the doors.
Excuse my error if this is a repost.
Only the $3500 was used in the deal.
What really helped matters was the fact that I sent out no less than 30 emails to dealers explaining that I was financed thru my credit union, and that I had no trade in, and wanted their absolute best price for that day. And if I liked it, ( the price...
Yeah for some it can be. But that's always been my strategy. I finance it for as long as I can and then pay the vehicle off within a year or two. So no harm really. At least not for me.
