Who knows. I know another poster mentioned there is OBD port covers/locks, but whos to say a dealer wont flash it out of spite anyways, would not be out of character for dealers these days. This is the main reason I am leaning towards JB4 or JB+ for the immediate future and waiting until the car...
What are you basing this on? And are you referring to the F87, because there is not much hands on track time or reviews with the G87. If you are referring to the F87, both of those statements are highly contested. Depending on the track, the Supra often puts down faster lap times in hands on...
I get all that agree, but I just pretty much just ignore the Z because it was never a car I considered or cross shopped with the Supra. Definitely seems like a car for a different audience. I guess I never really saw the “Supra killer” stuff. Cars are so subjective, even if on paper the Supra is...
I love the F87 M2 Comps, was a real tough decision between one of them and my new Supra. In the end the Supra won out because it felt more special and I was able to get it brand new for the same price as a F87 M2C was used, but would have been super happy with one too. I am unsure on the G87...
If you can't wash your own car then I think ceramic may be a waste, it needs a neutral balanced soap to maintain and a big purpose of ceramic is making self washing much easier, eliminating the need for waxing and clay barring it yourself.
Yes and I also removed that stupid "air filter" in the engine bay. Like we breathe the air ourselves why does the car need to have a stupid filter for the same air?
Ah! More choices haha.
I will look into it thanks.
The last couple days I have been looking into AWE offerings even though they aren’t valved. Both the Track verison and Resonated touring.
I want something loud when I get on it but refined, don’t want to sound like a muscle car. AWE seems...
Wanted a real lightweight, low, 2 seat, aggressively styled, sports car.
C8s were just out of my price range plain and simple.
C7s were overpriced for an outdated car and the desirable trims: z51 or a grand sport, the good examples were as much as a new Supra for a car with 20-40k miles and 5+...
sweet. Yeah if you dm when you get a chance that would be awesome. I don’t have an insta
did I read somewhere that the magnaflow reduces the clearance a good amount?
Ok cool thanks. I have done some research too and haven't seen much on the AA catback but tons of info on the AA DPs.
Keeping stock valves is pretty important to me as I like things to feel as OEM+ as possible, and the little bluetooth controllers for aftermarket valved exhausts doesn't really...
Just got my 2023 premium Friday and I already want this sucker louder! Love the car but it's definitely way too quiet stock.
Pretty sure I am going with a active autowerks catted DP because I hate CEL and probably won't sped to have my ECU unlocked anytime soon (just JB4)
Wondering what...
Same here. Loved the M2 competition as well but the fact that a 2020-2021 with 10k-20k miles was the same price (maybe 1-2k less) than a brand new 2023 premium, just tipped the scales slightly in the Supras favor. Oh and the looks and ride height makes it feel more special than the M2. Loved...
So a couple days ago I posted whining about not being able to find a 2023 at MSRP. Well my complaining put something into the universe because one of the dealers that told me originally an insane markup reached out and I went and got one at “MSRP” + ttl. $59,549 3.0 premium in Absolute Zero with...
good to know. I’m not on FB so will have to look into that. Are they dealers advertising cars for sticker there or buyers saying what they bought them for?
"**Price does not include $1895.00 reconditioning or any other dealer added or accessory fees. Price includes $1000 finance credit and does not apply to cash offers. "
Yeah so with the above, the actual sale price is at least 3k over what they are advertising, plus who knows what their "NFLS"...
