I'll be slightly ticked off but I can see them going the full digital gauge cluster route. I'm starting to hate the gauges on these cars now; seems like it was an afterthought. My 2019 Corolla Hatchback had a nicer instrument cluster than these things, and steering wheel.
I do the same thing. I was also slightly peeved there's no factory programming that automatically goes into your seating position when it detects your key or reverting to an easy exit position when the engine is cut off.
Damn, Toyo
So much this, imo a black painted ducklip spoiler looks so much better than carbon fiber. Especially since on these cars, nothing else is carbon fiber on the exterior except the mirrors if you added that (which I also find stupid but whatever). I'm one of those people who believes...
Loving that spoiler and how the color matches the rest of the black portions of the vehicle. I hate how almost all aftermarket spoilers are carbon fiber.
Remember the system in this car is bmw based, it isn't Toyotas true "toyota sense". My 2019 Corolla Hatchback would stop on its own and in general, the safety features were a lot more intrusive than the Supra. I would not rely on the supra to stop on its own, all I've gotten was an audible and...
I've always gone catless on my motorcycles, I plan on going catless with the supra in the coming weeks. I live in FL though so there's no emission testing here. A tune will be recommended to make use of the additional flow and to get rid of the check engine light that WILL appear.
I'd also recommend a faraday box for your keyfobs. Thieves are using repeaters now that they point towards your house in an attempt to find the signal for your keyfob, with another device pointing at your car to unlock it remotely.
I find the hud redundant. It shows the same information on the tach including navigation. If there's a way to only display certain things as opposed to the speed I'd be all for it. I do like being able to switch between xm stations on the hud however.
Woohoo. I have the same color although mine is a 2020. Also doing the same mods after I break it in, only 200 miles to go! Who do you think you're going with as far as exhausts go?
It's a shame about the NSX, I would love one of those but not at that price point. There's a local person who owns one, I see it driving around every so often.
I'm primarily a motorcycle guy so I never cared much about cars. Besides my supra, my previous vehicles were all pretty generic. 2016 Nissan Juke Stinger was my first car, then bought a 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback XSE.
I actually considered getting a model 3 before I got my Supra but I've never owned a sports car before so I decided to treat myself. My next vehicle will be electric however! As a techie, I also love how much technology is packed into a Tesla. Can't wait to see how they implement Starlink into...
Is the person who traded in their 2015 G Wagon for the Silver Supra at Bob Tyler here? Saw the truck today when I took my car in to get the clear bra fixed, I may buy it.
My tires have been at 32psi since buying my car almost a month ago, maybe that's why the two times I filled up my trip was at 160 miles lol. One tire was at 28psi this morning which prompted the tpms to go off, filled all 4 up to 38 so we'll see what that does to my mpg.
