Vargas quality is top-notch, they had some issues in the past with the older BMW (which has been fully rebranded now). Most of their bad reputation is due to forum members not getting along with Vargas' owner rather than the quality of his parts.

If you got it from them directly or from an authorized dealer you can try asking on a price match for the upgrade, if MST refuses, let me know and I can work on a discount for the inlet

hundreds of these downpipes have been sold in the last 6 months, I can guarantee that there are no quality issues. It sounds like they made a mistake with @delita1 's orders and hopefully its all good now

there is a thread asking about them back from 2004, they have been around for a while but not many reviews which is weird. the only thing I was able to find are 3 reviews on site jabber https://www.sitejabber.com/reviews/suprastore.com
