Correct +4 is the max on this tune

+4 PSI is the most we recommend for stock cars to keep it reliable. on 93+ you can go up to +6 PSI You can E30 with this tune. If you encounter issues with misfires or fuel delivery, lower the mix to E20

Regardless of the downpipe, you do not need a tune. Most downpipes will throw a check engine light, the car will run fine, it's only a warning. I recommend you get the Active Autowerke catted downpipe, it does not throw a check engine light...

The downpipe will add some power on its own, its not major so you might not feel it but its certainly wont be slower Double-check for leaks
