This particular California listed Supra seems to have been owned by a prior enthusiast. I’m trying to determine the history of the car and if he/she was on the forum. Some noted upgrades… front lip spoiler, tinted windows, lowered, powder coated wheels, carbon fiber added bits inside and out...

~ I agree any dust in the paint, fish eyes and prior rock chips that were not filled will only be enhanced with clear bra over the flawed surface. In a slight, and very slight defense to the body shop… it is not easy task repainting an existing bumper with multiple rock chips. Any quality body...

~ and some dealers add all of this crap before you arrive and automatically add it to the window sticker or price. that’s a dealer I would run from. shady business practices. i’ve even seen some charge a ‘dealer delivery fee’ of $1,000 (another bs free).

I decline any and all upsell items at the dealer… nearly all dealer profit. extended warranty? (doubling up on a existing warranty?!?) rim & tire protection? (they just refinish your wheel) glass protection? (you have insurance) paint protection? (never wax your car again?!? - a joke)...

~ looking good… a mild lowering would transform your car.

~ I agree. An attractive looking drl comparatively speaking. The Supra is quite small when sizing up to other vehicles. I believe the drl’s can only help being noticed by others… given all of life’s distractions while driving.

I’ve installed one on mine as well. Holding up perfectly after a year. Nice touch to enhance the pedals.

I’ve leased prior new cars with several transactions out of state. They will ask for your county tax rate, etc. Typically no issues. One of the most important things to determine when leasing a car is the “money factor” aka interest rate. Rarely discussed via the dealer because most lessee’s...

~ center caps or no interest for me. leaves the car looking incomplete and as if it’s an aftermarket wheel that isn’t intended for the car. at that price… all wheels should have a freakin center cap. just sayin.

~ I like the wheels a lot but see way too many without a center cap (that should be included) and funky protruding lug bolts.

Heck I have 4K in just the complete full clear bra (ppf) coverage … not to mention all of the other additional oem plus items. I really prefer not to add it up. ?

~ It’s a personal preference… I didn’t expect all to like them. I love the humor side of it and the discreteness of the ghosted image that can only be noted up close with the right angle and light.
