  1. Does Anyone Know When the 2023 Model Year Goes into Production?

I think that is what every 3.0 2023 is going to come with regardless of edition. A91-MT will have the same wheels as the regular 3.0 versions. Someone either here or somewhere else I've been reading had said that only the A91-MT had the gunmetal colored wheels and all other 3.0's would get black...
  2. Does Anyone Know When the 2023 Model Year Goes into Production?

Those 2023 wheels really look gray to me. Someone said a while back that the limited A91-MT got gray wheels and everything else got black wheels, but every photo I see of the 2023's they all look like they have the exact same gray wheels.
  3. Does Anyone Know When the 2023 Model Year Goes into Production?

Do ALL manuals have the red Supra logo on the liftgate, or only the A91s?
  4. Does Anyone Know When the 2023 Model Year Goes into Production?

I guess this will be another thing to chalk up to the web builder being wrong again. Toyota's website under specs says the regular cars and A91 have the same "frozen gray" wheels. Mind you, this is the same website / spec list that shows the HUD as "available" on the premium without mentioning...
  5. Does Anyone Know When the 2023 Model Year Goes into Production?

The new wheels are a lot darker in color than I was expecting.
  6. 2023 m/t allocation in the US..which/when/where

My guess is that those dealers know their business, know what to expect from the allocation process, and probably don't want to foster bad blood by taking your deposit then not being able to deliver in a timely fashion or at all. I imagine some dealers even bristle at the thought of someone...
  7. 2023 m/t allocation in the US..which/when/where

The way the system was explained to me is that Toyota dealers cannot actually "order" you a car, the best they can do is put in a "preference" for a specific build then hope that exact car or one very close to it appears during an allocation cycle that they can have. Failing that if a nearby...
  8. Deposit done, now the waiting game....

I'll have to echo that sentiment on not seeing any supposed deals on remaining 2022s. There are a few 22's left at local dealers near me, and every single one is market adjusted and dealer optioned into space. Some of them have been sitting at dealer lots for a while now, and they are still too...
  9. Deposit done, now the waiting game....

I aspire to one day join the Nitro Gang, but alas my allocation has not yet appeared...
  10. How do you fit in your Supra?

While I do not own a Supra yet, I've test driven several. I'm 5' 10" and about 170lbs. The Supra feels bigger inside than my current car (an 08 Mazda MX5), but I definitely bonked my head getting in the first time.
  11. 2023 Supra configurator site is live in the US

I mentioned that earlier. They say the HUD is "Available" not "Standard", but there is no option or package that lists it. The other times they use that "available" tag they are referring to optional items (like the Supra connect stuff or the JBL 12 speaker system) that are added with things...
  12. Does Anyone Know When the 2023 Model Year Goes into Production?

It also looks like many of us are in the same general vicinity in the Midwest as well (Missouri, KC, Arkansas) and I kind of wonder if we are not exactly the hot market. I'd bet that states like California and Florida get allocations in greater number and sooner than us in the cow towns.
  13. Does Anyone Know When the 2023 Model Year Goes into Production?

I'm in a similar boat. I put a deposit in a few weeks ago for a 2022, my dealer said "sure we can get you one no problem" and after two allocation cycles they have bupkis. I asked them if my car was going to be a 2023 instead of a 2022 and all they will tell me is "we are hoping to get one any...
  14. Does Anyone Know When the 2023 Model Year Goes into Production?

My dealer said their next allocation will be at the end of the month / first week of September, so my fingers are crossed they'll get my preference this time around. Third time is the charm after all... hopefully. The other dealers in town who still have Supras on their lots pinged me again by...
  15. Deposit done, now the waiting game....

I spoke with my dealer a few days ago when I learned my preference was not in their last allocation. They did not say if the non-A91 cars were being built yet, only that they no longer saw 2022's being available and did not see any sign of 2023's being available yet. They don't even see the...
  16. Does Anyone Know When the 2023 Model Year Goes into Production?

That's a lot more reasonable. I saw that "23" and thought if they were THAT behind that my preference might not even get filled. I think the only thing I have going for me is that my preference is put in at a dealer who has zero other people waiting for Supras ahead of me... however they have...
  17. Does Anyone Know When the 2023 Model Year Goes into Production?

Yikes, your build date is over a year away?
  18. Does Anyone Know When the 2023 Model Year Goes into Production?

I'm not so sure... in the gallery section they show the HUD clear as day in an interior photo, and in the Technology section they have a whole picture and description dedicated to the HUD. I think what is confusing people, myself included, is that they show the HUD as "optional" on the list of...
  19. Does Anyone Know When the 2023 Model Year Goes into Production?

Isn't MID a Toyota term for "Multi Information Display"? Basically the area to the right of the tach where various messages and information can be shown like open doors or navigation.
  20. Does Anyone Know When the 2023 Model Year Goes into Production?

I was hoping for news from my dealer this week as they were supposed to know about their new allocations on Monday, but nobody returned my call. I'm assuming no news means no allocation. This will make the second round of allocations my preference hasn't been available. My guess is that 2022...
