X-Acto knife - pop off any loose flakes. Sand with 200-300 grit. JB Weld Quick Dry Epoxy - brush it on. After it dries sand with 3000 grit. Epoxy. Done. You can stop after the first coat of epoxy if it's nice and smooth. Depends on how well you did the rest and/or how bad the crack is.
