After a decade and a half of using Red Line in my Porsches I think I'll end up using the same in my Supra. Besides Motul there probably isn't a better oil. I'll probably go with 5-30 but I plan on doing a bit more research first.
I like the re-start, the tire compound/mandatory stop rule sure helped Gasly. If Roman looses his seat at Haas, maybe Lando can take his place in the drivers association, that would be a kick in the ass!
Ug, on another topic, the Supra I was shopping just sold to another member...I gotta act...
Its a bummer for Perez for sure, he carried the team financially and talent wise for a period, but to get Vettel in what is going to be a better car than the Ferrari is a good move for RP. Anyone think Perez ends up at Haas?
I don't do the fantasy yet, been a busy few years, but I'll...
Well I guess it was inevitable, Claire Williams steps down today. Some people have really called her out for William's performance the last couple years but she did have success prior to 2018. I kind of think Mercedes and to some extent Red Bull's design and development teams have left the...
Max is right, besides watching D-Ric out drive his car and Gasly's run through the midfield, Spa was a bit, lets say predictable.
I can't help but feel like Carlos Sainz is going to be in a lesser car next year.
Hi there! I'm in Carson City so we're pretty close!
If you don't mind me asking, who did you get your Supra through? I've shopped the locals but found some cheaper from out of state.
I've been waiting for a reason to get really behind Max Verstappen and I think today was it! Of course Lewis had a prefect race even getting fastest lap late on softs, but Max's drive to split the Mercedes in a lesser car was great.
I opted out of it for my Tacoma, I'm wondering if tracking your car, or AX or the like voids anything. I would think that any sort of tire protection would be voided if you track your car.
A couple thoughts about Ferrari, first off I think Haas would be a nice fit for Vettel to finish out his career and possibly move them up a few positions on the grid, and Carlos Sainz must be thinking that he would have been better off staying put. Either way it looks like Danial Ric might be...
I bought my 911 as a fun track day, AX, wine tour, project car 12 years ago. Lets just say it's worth quite a bit more than what I bought it for ATM. So it can be a good investment, although rarely.
Interested if anyone is watching F1 now that it's started up in an fan free way.
Lewis getting pole in the rain should shut up his critics as he proved (again) that he is the best drive in this generation.
A moment of silence for Scuderia Ferrari.
Just my take on the weekend's race,
I think a lot of us are in this boat. Two dealers I've talked to are motivated to sell the MY20's they have while I'm fully aware that the MY21's will be better cars. With that said, most of us can't drive a MY20 to it's limits anyway, and mods are pretty fun. The $10k or so may very well...
Thanks, You're not the first person to let me know that I'll regret selling the 911. Why this is a tough decision. I'm aware that next year my 911 will be worth more and the Supra will have lost 10-15% of it's value, which weighs on my thinking as well.
