I don’t know dude, but Carlos had track position on Perez and was following the racing line. Perez didn’t yield but had lost position to Carlos. Probably no penalty is the best call, but I think Perez is in the wrong here.

All the great racers have an edge. We've brought that up before here, all great racers have it, the worse was probably A.J. Foyt. It looks to me that Lando just lacks that sharp edge that the other greats have.
