You are correct, for the most part, wheel locks are "included" in specific trims, usually the high end one or is a dealer accessory. This is from my experience.
I have my blitz strut bar sitting in the box. I do like the new strut bar for the 23' Supra's but i prefer the matte black look of the blitz over the glossy black of the GR. I will be putting a giant Turd, i mean TRD sticker on it on both sides of the blitz logo for pure clout.
Something similar happened to me and i went in deep enough to leak air when pressure was placed on it. Had to replace mine. If yours isn't at all leaking, you're fine.
Possibly a "Dealer" add on thats not a part of the normal Toyota Accessories. Wonder if the clear bra extends further or it has additional side view mirror film. That's all i can think of.
