Logically speaking, I don't see an A100 at the $100k price point. Especially if it shares bones with a upcoming Lexus coupe. The A80 was just a tad cheaper than the Z30. Also I'm pretty sure the GT3 and LFR will be occupying the six figure range for both brands.

I think both can be true. A 4 banger hybrid for markets with engine displacement tax such as the EU and JP, and a nice straight six for the US, CA, AU etc.
