:drive: Can always refinance if you plan on keeping the car long term. Get that APR down and payment down. Honestly I'd be in the same situation if I were to trade in my DD right now, as I am still upside down on it even though my APR is 1.9% my previous trade in screwed me.

I have heard a few MKV's blow off loud enough to hear. I assume its from an upgraded charge pipe, full air intake from air box/filter to turbo. Now it wasn't LOUD like an Neon SRT4 lol but loud enough to hear and appease me lol

Like most of the comments, different dealer and don't stop until you find a dealer who actually wants to help you now not find excuses. Also I wonder if enough MKV's owners report this directly to Toyota Corp, perhaps a recall will be put in the works...
