You should demand to have toyota Corp come to the dealership and run a full diagnostic of the car with you there. The corp guys should see the problem, if the dealership says No, than threaten them with a lawyer and call toyota corp yourself. Don't sleep on it.

I tell people on the forum NOT to buy rexspeed trashy replicas. I once bought a spoiler to tryout from them for the Supra a year ago and had the same issue that you are showing. I called and complained to them about it and they refused to give me a refund. So F$#&k them! Plus the can't come up...
