Had the same issue happen to me when I got my Supra with the keyless entry not working properly. I replaced the battery and thoroughly cleaned the inside as debris gets in there and can disrupt the connections and the keys have worked ever since so I’d try making sure it’s very clean in there...

I daily it and the dealer is about 15 minutes away. They tested the battery at the dealer and said it was perfect and no issues, but if it keeps happening again that will be the first thing I swap out for sure.

dealer came back with not being able to replicate the issue unfortunately so they couldn’t do much. No codes historically or new came up…so i’m just going to get a scanner and try to be ready if it happens again and see if anything generates. @zrk @Jesse DaBears appreciate willingness to help
