Homebuilders are one of the primary sectors I work with. Really they're like every other company out there right now where there is a ton of uncertainty in the market which stifles investment. When it comes to pricing in most markets there remains decent demand and the builder margins are still...
Meant to do it this last weekend but was lazy. Decent odds I take care of this next weekend, regardless I'll report back when I have. I'm not super optimistic it is going to fix the issue or I wouldn't be procrastinating..
I'm running 275/35 and 305/35 on those same wheel widths. I think my offset may be 28 for the front and 34 or 38 for the rear. I'm lowered on eibach euro springs, but I'm not convinced I wasn't shipped US spec on accident as my car is fairly low...I'd like to raise it a bit, but will wait for...
Great work on the wheel it came out really nice. I stitched my own cover on a previous car and can't say it came out that well and I certainly lack the patience nowadays so props. I would say also covering the airbag cover in alcantara would bring it all together, betting Nitro can help you there.
This feels like a bit of a over generalization. I'll agree I know plenty of high income individuals that basically live paycheck to paycheck because they let their lifestyle creep go the the extreme and are in debt up to their eyeballs (absolutely crazy to me). There are plenty of others that...
I've been wanting to do this so will be interested to hear about how the process goes. Too much time in the Porsche configurator prior to buying the Supra I suspect. Whatever color you go with I feel like should be planned to match other bits of color inside or outside the car. Assuming its a...
Any reason you're not looking at the various Remnant options? Seems like people are happy with those and I haven't read much on the Pure 900 (though maybe there is more on other BMW forums) yet. No firsthand experience just what is currently at the top of my list.
Trying to take a similar path...
If I were to do it again I would go 265/35 and 295/35 which would be great because it would likely solve any rubbing but more importantly I would have not had to go with Michelin PSS and could have instead got the PS4s or continental. Ordered the 305s because I planned to move the stock 275s to...
Front is 19x9.5 +23 offset.
Its the height of the car along with the increased tire size. I'm not rubbing on the springs themselves but the wheel well liner. Springs were supposedly Eibach Euro Z4 spec for 0.8" but I could swear they dropped more than that. Didn't measure though. Effectively...
Currently no spacers. Considering trying 3mm spacers on the rear to avoid rubbing but also might just let the tires get a few hundred miles to see if it causes any actual issues or goes away as the tire wears.
Last week I installed 305/35/19s on 19x11 +38 offset wheels with the Eibach .8" springs. I'm getting minor rubbing on compression on the inside. Might try a 3mm spacer or might just let it be. Also went with 275/35/19s for the front and I've encountered rubbing once or twice but very very...
My new 19x11 wheels showed up today. They'll be getting 305/35/19s for the rear and going to move the stock rear 275/35/19s to the front (only have ~6k miles and plenty of tread). I'm on eibach .8" springs. Feel like I see a lot of both 30 and 35 and I always prefer the look of the meatier 35...
Great work. Definitely intrigued about more information on how you retrofitted cooling for the seats I don't think I've seen anyone else who has done that yet. I've always thought it odd we have heated seats but no cooling when I feel the majority of people drive these cars during warmer months...
Big fan of Stratosphere Blue (bit biased). I'm going to be truck shopping for a '24/'25 Tacoma, Canyon or Colorado come Spring and if there is a blue offered that I like...I"ll most likely go for it...because I like the idea of matching. Unfortunately the TRD Pro does not come in a blue.
Personally not a fan of those tints - just throws off the aesthetics . I went with a 70% full windshield tint. Mainly for heat rejection purposes however so its not going to have the same impact as the dark unibrow.
Thinking about going with Forgestar F14 wheels in bronze (19x9.5 and 19x11 with supra offsets). Pic below. What are the thoughts about this shade of bronze on stratosphere blue?
I typically love bronze wheels but its one of those things that seems to depend on the shade of the blue / bronze if...
Go #1. If funds are an issue just install the DP first. You'll get a nice little pop in volume in doing that and it may impact whether you want to go resonated or not for the actual exhaust. You don't need to remove the exhaust to install the DP. Also who knows you might find yourself a black...
I had a non-refundable deposit with a Toyota dealership while I waited for 10 months - the deposit was for a specific model year / type. If they couldn't deliver on that it would be refunded (otherwise, non-refundable). So I originally put the deposit down for a '22 and if I didn't get a '22 I...
