Yeah I hear you, I believe this piece can be used as both, either ran with an aftermarket boot or without. But the user would have to thread their screws in themselves for the shift boot. Still in test fit stage though.

It's definitely just logging, I think especially if you used Bimmercode to tweak some things, it'll pop some errors if you change the code. But no CEL you should be fine.
If it makes you feel any better I also have a bunch of random errors in unsaved section, car runs great though, newer MT as well. Should be fine, send it
You clear the code or just left it? I got my windshield done and it popped "Restraint system" for me instead of Passenger. I'll just give it a few days to dry up.

So the only way I could get to release the parking brake while the vehicle was off; was in diagnostic mode (3 clicks start button). Anyone else? M/T as well. Pressing or holding the start button does nothing for me.

Nah take a hairdryer to it for a minute, and then slowly pry at it with a trim removal tool. You can do fish wire too but trim tool's good for getting in there and lifting it off.
I just got around to installing the yellow ones from Ali (black board). I'm kind of disappointed with the shade of yellow? I was expecting a pure amber yellow but mine almost has a slight green-ish tint. Curious if there's any difference between the IND boards (green boards) vs the Ali/Amazon...
