But you don’t hold a clean title to the car during the finance term - financing company has superior rights to yours. There’s a lien on the car. I don’t know if the lender/finance entity files a UCC-1 for every car like they do for aircraft but they have a security interest in the collateral...
In financing the car isn’t yours til you pay it off. You have xx months to screw up the deal.
If you buy it, you get clear title to the car and you can do what you want.
