Ya I have a 2020 3.O with the HKS. No issues so far. Warning though hks only tested it for the 6 port auto.

HKS Downpipe (although not widely sold in North America) hasn't given me CEL yet and it's 150 cell. They don't guarantee no CEL though but Japan is super strict with car inspections and emissions and all there parts need to get emission approved. Great sound too.

You still don't have your car... and the manufacturer of the product literally said it was okay. I'm sure they would have tested it.

Product doesn't have to change hands to charge a cancelation fee.... Cancelation would be before you got the item. After getting the item its a return and refund. Maybe read the policy next time.

Hks has nice welds if you don't mind paying for the premium.

Ordered the HKS Power Editor. Didn't go JB+ because I'm an HKS addict.

Wanted to add to this. HKS catted DP no CEL on 2020 model. Great sound (clips coming) quality welds.

Installed now at about 75km no CEL. Don't notice much smell either. No tune. Will post some videos hopefully this weekend.

Did you get an alignment? Factory alignment was horrible.
