Anyone notice after tuning:
Car in D during regular driving shifts and goes through gears very early sometimes to the point of feeling the car lugging?
A friend is custom tuned by HCP and his Supra is also doing the same thing?
It would have been real nice including the OBD2 ENET cable as an option alongside the tune and agent..
Getting everything needed from a single source makes life much easier :)
I now have my license and OBD agent arriving loooooooooong before the OBD2 ENET cable
Just saying..
I never assumed he has no data, my point was he shared his opinion without any data for us folks to see relying solely on an opinion
He is free to bash the car, but why not provide atleast one useful thing to share instead of being too naive
Can't turn? Ok, understeer, oversteer? What...
Well to me he is, bashing on a car without any type of data
Why doesn't he post the stock RS3 and A45 numbers on the Fuji track he was testing in?
"Slow, cant stop and cant turn" in comparion to what exactly? A turbocharged NSX-R ? Or a Nismo GTR?
He starts by flaming BMW so that says it all...
Another example of a tuned ME spec car
Owner: @7.insta (correct me if I'm wrong)
Its also not tuning, just different exhaust parts as me and others predict
My car before and after
Stock pops were not very consistent and muted. Sometimes they get loud if exhaust is properly heated
After mods, in videos sounds closer to US cars in terms of consistency not loudness
Clearly a BMW hater, so when a Supra has BMW parts he starts flaming. His comments mean nothing..
"Its slow, can't stop, can't turn" This was very funny too
Cruise at 60mph
Switch to Sport and you should notice the car drone a bit (Open valve)
I have an Akrapovic so sound is more obvious and can clearly hear the valve open/close
Same here on cold starts (ME spec)
Valve on comfort closes driving at around 20km/h and remains so
During stationery, it opens up again
Sport is always open and closes at highway speeds (7th and 8th gear)
Looking at how the charge pipes have a flex joint and comparing it to lets say the fixed plastic S55 charge pipes I would say its a lot more durable
Definitely with an upgraded turbo for peace of mind
After watching Speedindustry's MST intake installation video. They actually had an FTP intake pipe, removed it and replaced with the stock intake tract
There will be no space for the two pipes attached (MST & FTP)
And
FTP alone is not long enough for the cone filter to reach the inside of...
