Gotcha thanks! I’ll be stock ride height for a while and then I’m unsure which route I’ll go for lowering. I’ll probably just do 13/15 to be safe.
Beautiful! Got any shots showing how flush the wheels are now with the spacers? I've got an A91-MT coming and was planning on spacers as well but saw most people go with 13mm in the front. How do you like the look of the 15mm?
This color is very hard to capture in photos/videos. I didn’t even like it until I got to see it in person and became completely obsessed with it.
I think those direct sunlight shots give the best sense of how dynamic this color is.
Hendrick in Concord. They were doing a $500 nitro and pinstripe add on initially and today I asked if i could swap that for tint. He said he’d just take it off if I didn’t want the pinstripe. I’m hoping everything goes through as they are claiming. I have an itemized signed price sheet that says...
Got a call today and scored a Cu Later allocation! I didn’t think I had any chance of getting one at this point and was just waiting for the regular manuals to start rolling out. Dealer said they expect it in a few weeks. I’m in the Charlotte NC area. Getting it for MSRP with no add ons.
It’s intentional. Their goal is to wear you down so you give in to addons. They want to take all the fight out of you. So they drag out the process at every turn. I really hope one day we can just buy direct from the manufacturer but the dealerships are very powerful.
I swear every car buying experience I’ve ever had has been ruined by the dealership. It should be such an exciting and fun experience but their tactics always suck all the joy out of it. Sorry you had to go through that. Glad you’re enjoying the car now!
I sat in one today and the clutch was lighter than what I like but didn’t feel overly springy which is good. I can’t stand the clutch in my wife’s 21 WRX. It wants to spring right at the engagement point and is very hard to drive smooth.
The shifter felt pretty good stock but I need to dial...
North Charlotte got their A91-MT in. They lowered the markup to $20k lol. The grey looks amazing in person. Way better than pics. I can confirm that the burbles are still there on the manuals. I was shocked they let me crank it up. Then they weren’t too happy about me revving it up lol. Not sure...
The amount of dealers that don't know the difference between a true manual and a paddle shift auto is astounding. When I was hunting for M2s I ran across tons of dealers that marked DCTs as manuals. I wouldn't be surprised if that's what's going on here.
