The $43.5k 2.0 also comes with an open diff. I think you can get an aftermarket LSD for the 370Z for around $2.5k installed. Yeah, the 3.0 vs 3.0 the Supra is probably the better buy, but we were just talking about the base model.
To correct myself the 2013 FR-S was $24,200 + $730 delivery = $24,930
The 2022 GR 86 is $27,700 + $1,025 delivery = $28,725
Price differences being $3,795.
Correct, the 370Z base model did start out at $30k. However, I think a lot of people are forgetting the price did jump over the years...

It's not a "bargain" like with the Mustang etc., but for an import, I don't think it's outrageously priced either. Like I said in the sport Z vs 2.0 thread, with the current market and inflation I don't think $40k for a base Z is crazy. Now $50k for a performance Z, well that's a whole nother story.
