Let me explain, when someone has bought/invested into a certain car company's design language we pretty much know what to expect. JDM cars have their own flavor (just as GERMAN, Italian, Swedish etc.) and it's what I'm use to when I roll a JDM car. We all know the MKV is a BMW with JDM on top...
Who cares? I care (which is all that matters) and permission has never been a consideration in my decisions in buying any of my cars. I love the styling of every supra I've owned and for a fact I'm sure if Toyota did do their own interior it would have made more sense than what's going on here...
Now this I'm totally on board with and to be honest I'm truly disappointed on how Toyota have dealt with this entire program. Why would they settle? They only know. There's truly room for improvement per the items you have mentioned. It's not like Toyota (at least not the one I believe in) to be...
Since we're all here tossing out opinions... The car is what it is a 45th Anniversary GR Supra... Any way ya wanna slice it. Any special edition car at a limited amount when released into the wild is hopefully supposed to go up in value. Hence the name Special Edition, Anniversary, etc.
They're numbered cars just like the rest of A91's. Thus I believe they are A91's in designation. Just wanna make sure before the T-shirts and Jackets come out! Lol
Very true... Speaking of A91... I don't want to hi-Jack this thread but does anyone know for certain if the 45th Anniversary Supra is in fact an A91?? ?
And that seems a wee bit shady... Right? I'm not out to bust Toyota and Co. For building more, but at the very least I'd like to be happy knowing I bought exactly what I paid for. You're a rider as well, that's awesome. ???
Because that would be too much like right! What we should do is build a registry with everyone's cars and at the very least make sure there is exactly 900 made and not 1 more!
45th color shifts so much! At times mine looks from bright strong orange to burnt orange, to terracotta. It's a trippy color and happy that I've waited to finally give in and get one. The wait for arrival, nuts! But it's all good now. :)
Woe! Listen to you! I know the month of December is right around the corner, you're taking that Christmas thing seriously! ? Sounds like you've already done your homework! I look forward to seeing your vision come to fruition! ???
Well, Queen you did very very good! (unlike myself... I did OK?) Are there any plans for yours or will you enjoy it as it is, which is awesome any way you slice it. ???
