You’re welcome. I already installed PTB clutch with SMF and I’m just waiting for the clutch master cylinder part to be delivered because as you know, Clutch Masters HRB ruined my clutch master cylinder and I can’t find the part here in Qatar. New year, new clutch :thumbsup:

you should be fine with stock fork as far as I know, the HRB is the main issue there.

I don’t know why they still selling their HRB for their customers if it fails 100%. Even if they send a replacement or repair kit, that is not a solution. Labor work is not free. CM thinks the HRB located in the engine bay or what?

unfortunately my thoughts was buying the optional parts with the clutch kit, would give me the best experience possible.

yes sure you’re right but as you see, CM hasn’t mentioned installing instructions for the HRB. So the solution would probably from a garage that has been testing CM clutches on MT Supras which is CES Motorsport and don’t forget they have been testing CM fx1000 series since it was a prototype.

I’ve contacted CES Motorsport regarding HRB installation instructions and how many shims needed for the HRB and I just followed their instructions.

same here, instructions were followed and nothing was wrong with installation. More than 6 owners had the same issue and some of them had the same exact scenario as mine.

for the clutch & flywheel as well? because the clutch & flywheel haven’t damaged. I already sent an email to A90shop and I’m waiting for their reply.

I just installed the 1000 series twin disc clutch kit that comes with aluminum flywheel and the hydraulic release bearing that comes with shims. HRB has no installation instructions on how many shims you need to put, but thanks to CES motorsport, they sent me the instructions of the HRB...

I will make a thread on PTB clutch, it’s in installing process right now and it’s waaaaay more quality than CM.

add to this, HRB not only blows itself up, it also blows your clutch master cylinder like it did to me. Now I can’t find this part here in Qatar so i ordered it from Germany today. So yeah, two weeks from now. All that cause of CM cheap products.
