I'm surprise by the BTOG forum on how you should use the thickest. I guess if you're tracking it, it would make sense for just the track use. Also what are you doing tracking this thing when you have only 500 miles?????
I would probably go middle ground to the 5w-30 oil, I don't plan to track...
I can get you a downshift blue Premium at MSRP or a Gray premium at a discount right now.
Those that are asking over MSRP are smoking some good stuff. At the beginning of this month, there were about 60 Supras available locally, now there are over 125 available. And inventory will keep...
This doesn't make sense at all, I think your agent wants you to pay the higher premiums at $250 deductible.
If you ever tried to get an insurance quote from a competing company, you'll know your agent is pulling a fast one on you
South coast Toyota has them MSRP now, in fact many Socal CA dealers should be MSRP by now.
If you want a Premium 3.0 at under sticker price, I can give you the contact to make that happen in SoCal.
You would save a lot of money increasing your deductible to $1000. Since you've never made a claim, why have such a low deductible? With the money you save, you can stash that money away for when you need the $1000. You should be able to save $1000 in a short time
I went to the biggest Toyota dealer in the USA, LongoToyota, and they didn't have the oil filter in stock. So I don't think Toyota is prepared to service the Supra yet.
My insurance in SoCal is about $600 a year with a $500 deductible and 5000 annual miles. This is full coverage with 300k liability and is one of my multiple cars.
If Toyota has sold less than 2000 units of these Supras in 4 months, chances are you won't see many on the road. America is a very big place to spread out 2000 Supras. Most of these are still weekend drivers, so even less chance of seeing them
I think matte black doesn't go well with Driftwood blue. I'm not a big fan of black wheels, but they actually look really good on a Absolute Zero white
For the people using heavier than ow-20 weights, won't there be an issue using heavy weight oils in this car? I was told by a BMW enthusiasts to only use the spec 0w-20 for the tight clearances in this car.
