I was just informed that it “usually” takes a couple of weeks. I was also informed that it varies based on how busy the port is, which I also hear they are extremely backed up.

Since I am in the parts department and not sales, I cannot help with that unfortunately. I was granted access to the inventory “pipeline” screen so I didn’t have to ask someone every day about my status. All I can say is that my hold status went away this week as well but I can still delete...
