Once you have it roughly installed, you can see the photos and make the choice yourself. Body matched wing would look better IMO but I have nothing to compare it to.
I am curious to see the kit in person.
Modern day turbos, even the large (for the car at least) ones for the Supra, really don't have as much lag as you would thing (i.e. MKIV Supra with an 88mm turbo).
You still should have the low end torque on a Pure800 turbo or anything of that size.
TBH, how much power are you chasing? The...
I came from a 2015 Porsche Macan S and it's weird, but in a good way. I got use to the large, go over anything (e.g. speed bumps) that I forgot that I have to do the sports car crawl every time there is anything but a smooth road.
The power and nimbleness makes up for it in spades.
A piggyback or better yet, a tune for the car will give you a lot of the power you are looking for. Even with a piggyback (RaceChip/Titan), the car has a lot more pull past 100 MPH.
I highly doubt any piggyback unit will make that much power. Most of the units on the market will modify the stock voltage within a certain amount before the DME freaks out and goes into limp mode. That includes those from RaceChip/Titan, Vaitrix, Burger Motorsports, etc.
CARB certification also cost a f**kton of money as well to get that sticker. A lot of aftermarket companies won't bother with because of it. Injen I believe is going to eventually get it CARB certified but they wanted it out on the market first and get approval afterwards.
