I guess I kinda agree...but I really don't want what everyone else is doing...plus I absolutely agree with you that the wheel looks small after it's stepped up 3-4 times...
Just wish I could find 1 pic of the LE on a Supra...(black preferably)
Thanks for your thoughts ?
Steve
My wife thinks they may look to "luxurious" on the supra with the flat lip..
I don't know?..
I'll have to check out the works wheels...thanks
Where in South Carolina you at?
Steve
Curious if anyone has put the LE 81s on a supra?
Would love to see a pic or 2..
This is the flat lip version with out the step ups(MLE 81)...
Really leaning toward the LE...seems everyone has the MLE..
Thanks Steve
Don't know about this..
My wife is pretty big into cars..
I wouldn't call her elderly (just yet)..
But yes most women just don't care about cars..it's pretty unfortunate..
Steve
I'm with ya...was kidding..
I'm always courteous..at car meets the car gets a lot of attention from young kids..boy and girls...
Makes ya feel good to see how excited young kids get
You could be like me n be unapproachable....lol..
I don't care to talk to people n guess it shows on my face...bahahaha
But this car is 100% a dick magnet...
I second this option..
Just came from there this weekend..good group of guys...
I only did an lots tune but know John is suppose to be 1 of the best tuners around...
Steve
The power is definitely noticeable..
I only have a few miles on the car at this point...
But the throttle response is amazing...ask for power n it's right there..
Stage 1 tune on my a91 edition...
Impressive numbers from stock tune..
A good power/torque bump from stage 1...
All done at CES motorsports in Monroe NC...
Maybe a catted downpipe is in my future for better flow...
Another Supra owner was there getting a catless downpipe installed...he put his...
I have that 1... GREAT choice...
Imo it looks great on the car...color matched...
As stated I do wish the uprights were spaced just a little further outboard...
Steve
I definitely got that just through emails with John..
Me being a noob when it comes to tuning, he was very patient with my noob questions...
I know I should do a high flow downpipe now but....when i decided to do it I'll make trip back up n see what kinda power difference the stages make...
The wheels look killer on the white...
Good choice...
I'm pretty sure you're the one that told me about CES in North Carolina...go next week for my MHD tune...can't wait...
Steve
Correct...sits right under the factory piece...I have a very slight gap but unnoticeable unless you're looking for it...
The front lip is actually centered by factory mounting points...only 1 way to install it..
I just looked at your pics in the other thread..car looks GREAT....
