I have mine set to start in the configuration it was in when turned off last. I solely run sport with VSC fully off. I always wait for temps before driving at all. It’s easy, just start the car and do a once over check on tires, suspension, engine bay, gauges. In about 5 minutes it’s reached...
Fact right now is;
ECUs with a manufacture date post 6/20 are locked. Some success has been had with unlocks but it is a case by case basis.
Speculations;
Servicing through Toyota and updates may be rendering cars that were tuneable to a “Locked” status.
Toyota may be using the “Brake Issue...
People are getting too invested into this thread and it should be cleared up that yes, the 6-port head is proving to be more efficient on aftermarket turbo setups. The 2-port is still capable of hitting the same targets that the 6-port is, however people are finding that by doing the conversion...
It doesn’t appear that Rennline makes one for the Supra and I don’t think any Of the BMW ones will fit since Toyota designed the body on the Supra. I found this though if it helps at all.

Should have some soon. I’m deployed right now but my big turbo setup should be done soon and they’ll be installed at that time. Only pic I have is from the guy I bought them from. Thinking about powder coating them bronze as well.
I got you man. Can’t say for sure if they do or not. I went the Motul route since people with 21’s were having oil consumption issues. Haven’t had the issue myself. Not sure if it’s related or I’m just lucky. ?‍♂️ Good luck though with the service department at either one though. At least they...
I prefer using Motul so I go through a local shop in Tucson to get all my oil done. If I was still stock though and cared about the warranty I would definitely go to Precision. Had a great experience there with purchasing my Supra and they seemed to be judgement free when I told them my plans...
For your own reading on the matter... this has been covered on the forums and it seems the consensus is on stock turbo they are not needed. These two I'm posting don't cover too much but I didn't feel like digging into it further since I'm not having the issue myself. Having owned multiple turbo...
Weird. My car and multiple others are making over 900whp on our setups without the need for a catch can. It's odd that a car on stock turbo/boost needs one. Guess I'm just a believer in not spending money on something just because it's made for my car.
Good luck though man. Wish I could help...
I’m aware of their purpose, but if you’re experiencing enough blow by to indicate a need for a catch can, then you have bigger issues elsewhere (especially on a stock setup)
Side question for my own knowledge. Is there a reason you’re running a catch can? Just wondering since my car and many others are making a good amount of power over stock with aftermarket setups and aren’t running catch cans
Patiently waiting for my car to get back from having a custom exhaust manifold made. Good news is there may be more parts on the market soon since I can't drive my car right now lol. My inconvenience is going to benefit many :)
For time being I keep looking at my drag build thread, imagining...
