Use stainless steel split pins. Good enough for jet fighter planes good enough for a Supra. Phil
  2. The Official AUSTRALIAN Thread

A dealer principle selling an oil burner, perish the thought. If it was an oil burner he'd keep it forever until he died before he'd flog it off to some poor suspecting sap. They are after all men of immaculate principles and of the highest integrity you can trust with your life are dealer...

  7. New carbon strut bar what do you guys think?

Not actually true but when your value system is well established and you aren't a slave to the " I need to express my individuality through modifications to my car" bullshit then the purchase price is a significant factor. It's no more functional than a Blitz brace for example so any premium...

  9. Remnant Performance - Omega 65 Turbo solution for RHD cars

Nice work. A question though why not tap the holes in the bracket and eliminate the loose nuts and washers. You have a ton of material there for the threads and it would be much cleaner and simpler. Plus Nylock nuts don't like heat very much. Just a thought.
  10. 2020 Supra Weird Sputter at idle

Ok thats not conveyed in the video. It sounds like the engine goes sub idle periodically and the ECU catches it before it stalls and bumps it up again. Why it's going sub idle periodically is the question. I guess you need to log it and see whats happening at the time. Phil
  11. Rogue Engineering G8X M2/M3/M4 Short Travel Clutch Arm

I'm hearing if it fits it will be the single most incredible mod you can do to your manual Supra. Even auto Supra owners will be fitting them I hear. Phil
  12. 2020 Supra Weird Sputter at idle

Sounds like you're looking for something to worry about. Thank god you didn't grow up with carburated engines and manual chokes. You'd be certified by now. Phil

Geez, If you had a money tree in your back yard you'd complain you had to water it :) Phil
  18. What are these warning?

Looks like the radar sensor or adjustment aim. Phil
  19. DIY Clutch Delay Valve (CDV) Removal

My gearbox shifts just fine. If I was going to be nitpicky it is occasionally a bit balky upshifting into 4th gear but thats usually just short shifting and me being a bit lax. The rev match and CDV have nothing to do with shift action. As long as the the clutch fully releases correctly then the...
