8s are definitely not easy but low 9s shouldn’t be challenging with hybrid turbos. High 9s are straight up easy on stock turbos with just fueling.
it’s a monster compared to the B58.
Based on what you wrote this is my suggestion.
if you have an unlocked ecu go with an OTS map from MHD.
if you have a locked ecu, go with a JB4 and custom calibration from @Jesse DaBears

I also wanter to get an M2 but it doesn’t make sense to me to switch to another high powered rwd car. Unless they make an x-drive M2 I’m not interested.
It also depends on the tire brand and model you are going with as they all have different sizing. But for most of them a 285/35/19 in the rear and 265/35/19 in the front fits pretty nice
