have you seen the install tutorial video? It shows to guide in the clips first and then tap them into place. This method will ensure the clips won’t break, but it’s harder to do with the wheels on. some people have been able to do it however without removing the wheels.

Downpipe with a JB4 on E30 will make 450-470whp. MHD can make a little more than that 470-490whp on the OTS E30 map. So yes my comment was correct.

If you are planning on keeping it simple with basic bolt ons, an ecu unlock and tune us simply not worth it. You will make maybe 10-20whp more.

We definitely recommend removing the wheels for install. Fitment is a little tighter on these than factory so it helps to have the wheels of the car. Here is the install tutorial video:
