Not to call anyone out, but so many people on this forum have said they would rather get xzy. And yet they keep coming back.
I think he said no retractable wing due to weight and cost. :(
A70TTR has already address why GA-L was not used for the A90. He also said in the past if Toyota were to reskin the LC to make it look like the FT-1; that alone would already make the price tag push $100k+.
That would be awesome. However, I recall reading an article sometime back where a Mazda official said if they were going to build the RX Vision concept they would want to go in on it alone. Something about taking pride in their own work. This maybe an odd concept for Toyota to understand. :p
I see, thanks for the info. Maybe it has something to do with past sales? :dunno: With the A80, the NAs out sold the TTs in Japan. I believe the US was the only market where the TTs actually did better than the NAs.
Add AutoCar to the list. True or not, this has no doubt given the forum tons of free publicity.

I don't believe I ever asked A70TTR a question. One topic, but a series of follow ups.
1. Who killed the FT-HS/why did it never make proudction?
2. Were they any serious plans for production or was it just a design exercise?
3. What would it have under pin? GS450h?
4. Would it have been...
