When I deployed I left my cars with my father whom I trusted to drive ‘‘em just enough to keep the seals lubricated and all systems exercised. I’d recommend that over long term storage if there is someone you can trust.

I do not press and hold on the second, I just press and release the fob lock button w/in the 10 seconds.

It works for me when I follow the instructions. Once in a while I have to lock it with the pup in the front seat for a brief time. When I don’t do this, she triggers the alarm. When I follow the steps, no alarm. .

True, as long as the tread isn’t directional.

You do know you can’t rotate them, right?
