Damn, Iâm late to the party ?
Iâm not bitter. I appreciate all yâallâs opinions. Weâre all driving for fun. I happen to agree with @kaj that these newer autos are insanely fast and smooth on track. They finely broke me down. I bashed every auto I could think of for ages. This is my 1st auto...
If Haas can pull out a podium today in the dry, thatâd be something else. Magnussen (not him, the other guy) drove well in the rain. I just canât imagine him staying that consistent for 2 hours with Max, Alonzo & the Mercs on his tail. What strategies can Guenther employ if any to stay up there...
Iâve watched my old race shop empty cat char bits out into a garbage can and put customers exhaust back on. Mine included. Mostly stock vehicles. We tracked the crap out of them. Perhaps things have changed over the years. Mine definitely sounds like a race car and exhales with ease. But all my...
Mine from Jesse as well. Incredibly happy with it and his service. Glad you bought it from him.
I just bought some racing apparel not from Jesse, and œ shipment arrived a month later, no answer, waiting on the other œ. TypicalâŠ.
When it was quickly compared to the ones @lmfao found, I was shocked at the price. I bought some pucks, but donât remember from where. I went the @kaj route but was thinking the @zrk crush route also ?
It didnât look like pressure to me. But my track etiquette may not be as good as yours. You were clearly faster and he should have given the point by way sooner than he did, imo. You got in his rear view mirror for a reason.
Conversely, itâs fun giving point bys. You and a similar lap time car...
Great work Bryan!! If you keep it up, youâll be passing them soon :flame: The fact youâre doing this without breaking down (extra power &heat), streetable & doesnât look like a crash dummy vehicle is amazing ?
Can you please come down and test at Sebring in the summer?
Me â
This â I was having that exact same problem. My mechanic and race alignment shop had to call SPL. They were helpful, I was told. But it did cost me more time/money to make it work.
Bottom line â if youâre going to track your car more than once a year, theyâre really nice to have. Feels...
Not even once!

Youâll find out there are tons of little âquirksâ from time to time. I keep forgetting any of them every time drive her. Congrats and welcome to the club!
I saw a post long ago from a Toyota dealer telling an owner to lock the car to shut everything down. It was a little card. Nice to know there are other options.
Kudos Toyota for not just putting their eggs into one basket but creating new ones:
