I'm no longer affiliated with the running of the event, but my opinions are that the event itself has started to attract the wrong types. Just go when you want and enjoy it. You will always find cool cars to drive with, no event needed.

I have in total 3 sight laps of seat time here. Stock brakes, didn't want to push it and just enjoy the experience with my passenger.

Barber is my favorite. You *WILL* fuel starve after t3 going up the hill. It's like Thanos, inevitable. Just keep your tank topped off every session and have fun. I haven't gone this year, and don't have plans to. I'm trying to venture out to new tracks.
