Without denting the hollow parts? That's my concern. Either drag pushes the wheels down into the roof panels or vice versa, pulling up on the suctions to the point where now there's high spots where the suctions were. I know the roof is made to support the cars weight in an event of roll over...
Wheels are heavier than 10 bikes... i'd be scared of caving the roof in little by little. Even wind drag will push the wheels down a tad harder into the roof.

Boyyyy, try driving your car for 3 hours on federal tires up front and slicks in the back, the road noise that's being emitted on the freeway is enough to want me to light my shit on fire on the side of the freeway.
