ah, i meant because of fueling issues, it's at 450whp.
i mentioned fuel because this is my other DAW reference: https://www.supramkv.com/threads/fp-green-a90-turbo.15315/post-271621
i'm sure you're familiar with the thread :p
edit: interesting. what we also have here are 2 port and 6 port results!
hi,
peak numbers aren't everything, just as 0-60 isn't everything.
the curve has the greatest importance here. spool time, power throughout powerband, is the hybrid turbo breathing passed 5500 rpms, etc.
we also don't know if this is a conservative tune or balls-out tune.
posting a dyno graph...
from the ~E77 tunes i've seen, most of the gains are torque. if you're on stock trans and have a tune that limits the torque values, you won't gain enough horsepower to justify the costs of the upgraded fuel system. so, correct, not a good idea. once you upgrade your clutches, sure. if you're...
on a stock turbo, you would gain power, but passed the transmission limits
another benefit is being able to pour full E rather than calculating a blend
ah, i remember when i transitioned from 6spd FWD to 5spd AWD..
to make it short, clutch delay valve (CDV) is meant to help shift smoother but everyone feels it impedes. one of my Si's had this and same as you and several that commented, made the 1-2 shift horrible
~ 500 miles is just a bit...
i'll dissect your questions:
yes, power gain is obviously noticeable. per my tuner, 40whp/80wtq gain with a catless DP (talking about an E50 tune). so with AA DP, let's just throw a reasonable number, like 10whp/20wtq gain.
it's not necessarily louder, it growls more? there's more oomph? pops...
