XPH was the first company I used when I bought my supra. I had nothing but pleasant experiences with them. Their handling of all this just solidifies their integrity regarding reputation being potentially tarnished.
+1 for XPH.
Free tire trailer at that. Sure beats shelling out $600 on seasuckers and hope it'll support 4x 19s.
Barber is a 2 hour drive west for me. Not way out of the way for me to drive on track tires, but I'd rather not spend $1600 on CRS' and get only 7000 miles out of them over 4 months.
Outside of our weekly hangs? Maybe one or two a week. Atlanta has a decent supra amount, but the community is dogwater. Thankfully I've gathered a few likeminded owners to have weekly drives / dinners with.
Was awesome to meet you and see the car in person // watch it perform. Really lit a fire under my butt to get my supra back on track. I snapped some photos and I'll work on them sometime this week LOL.
Didn't do much to the car. Went to Formula Drift since it's local. Hung out with...
A week of downtime to prepare for the first annual Supras on the Dragon. We had somewhere between 20-30 supras attend on Saturday.
Why'd the turkey cross the road?
Lot to catch up on.
Day After Easter I hit up Barber Motorsports Park with Jzilla Track Days.
Here is one of my better sessions. Lots of areas to improve.
Some photos:
we had 20-30 supras attend. It was great. Went through the tail, to cherohala, and then back for lunch. No tickets, no shenanigans. Will be planning another.
I was told doing this could affect your next policy due to companies looking at your past claims. This was explained to me by an insurance agent friend.
(because I too took a windshield before State Farm cuts me for claiming a not-fault accident)
